兔抗C4d 抗体-FITC 背景简介:
C4d是抗体触发补体通过经典途径活化后C4的裂解产物,能稳定地结合在发生排斥的移植物内皮的表面。检测C4d作为机体针对同种异体移植物抗体检测的一个间接信号,大量研究表明:C4d是肾移植免疫中的重要标记物,同时也是心脏、肝免疫检测的重要标记物。用于流式或发光法检测石蜡及冰冻切片C4d补体。 检测原理: 包被了HLA抗原的微球与被检血清中的抗HLA抗体结合(A),形成抗原抗体复合物。加入补体后(血清取自健康非敏感人群),在微球表面激活了典型的补体级联反应(B)。用c检测结合的C4d。产品优势: 用于检测人C4d补体。 该抗体可用于发光法或用One Lambda 公司的LABScreen® Single Antigen beads流式检测细胞内或固相结合的C4或C4d片段。
